Hi,

Also I have looked around the net and found quit a few comments regarding your units firmware, apparently there have been two updates one on the 1/8/13 and one this year. So also check you have the latest Telstra firmware.

no problems Sarah1982 … FYI,that Networksetup pop-up is happening because a USB device is trying to connect to the internet through your Mac & it's an inbuilt security feature for your Mac to notify you just in case you didn't know that this connection was trying to happen.

I don't know whether you'd have this pop-up if you were using a Portable WiFi Device which is wireless …

You just might have to bite the bullet & input your Admin name/password every time even though it's an annoying as all heck!
