Surely with the earlier models battery being recalled there stands to reason that there could be problems with the later models as well. 200 cycles is not that many to see the amount of performance drop-off that people seem to be experiencing. I would however be very suprised if apple, in what ever kind of contact you can get, will give you a free exchange.
And I personally don't want to be reinstalling all my programs after a failed reset.
I only wish Apple would live up to our high expectations.
