Firstly, if that is your companies website, get in touch with the person at your company who designs the website and show them the tacert.
Also, get in touch with virgin media and tell them you can send them the tracert results - this should give them all they need to look at the way they are routing the website.
Additionally, if you have access to another computer within your home, try to access it on that to rule out the computer.
I am 99 per cent sure that this is a routing issue - there is a slight chance it could be your router, but cannot see it as it has worked before.
If you have access to another router or modem, then disconnect your router and try the other one. If you do this it will save time when you ring virgin up - you can then tell them you have tried another router and another computer and the same thing happened - thereby confirming a routing issue.
