Word Template Doc Conversion to PDF

Hello,

When I convert my Word Templates to PDF I lose the template's layout and graphics.

The PDF attachment shows no graphics.

The screenshot of the Word doc has the graphics.

What can I do?

MacOs Catalina 10.15.6

Word Version 16.48

How are yo doing the conversion to PDF?

I use save as PDF from the print dialog box, and it works flawlessly

I have tried using the “print” and “save as” PDF from Word methods .
