My MBP is getting ridiculous to work with. I was able to speed it up a bit by deleting some prefs, doing the old font book thing, Onyx, and zapping the PRAM, but there are still problems. I am planning on completely wiping my drive, and doing a clean install of Snow Leopard.
My Question is, what is the best way to restore only applications and documents without restoring the system and all those cache and pref files? Would Migration Assistant be able to do this for me?
I just want to have a clean and fast Mac again! Thanks in advance.
Macbook pro 2ghz intel core duo, 2 gigs RAM, 10.6.2 installed
