Windows Programs on PowerPC Please Help

I am trying to find software that will allow to me run a Windows based program on my PowerPC. I have Tiger if that helps.

What I am not looking for is a boot camp style program where I would need to install Windows also. Just a program like Cross-Over, which is for Intels, where I could run a windows based program. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
