Why Won't My iPhone Ring After Latest Update?

Hi everyone! Since updating to iOS 17.5.1, my iPhone has stopped ringing altogether. Has anyone else run into this problem?

I updated my iphone 14plus to 17.5.1 and immediately stopped receiving calls from certain numbers. It would not ring , it would not connect or anything.. I updated all of my apps, including my Robokiller and it started working again.
