Why has my MacBook started making this noise?

Hi guys, my MacBook Air has started making a noise consistently every few seconds. It isn't loud and is no bother usually, but when I am studying or writing essays for university it is very distracting. Any advice is much appreciated.

The audio is hard to hear, but it sounds like it may be an issue with a fan/fan bearing.

-Which exact model MacBook Air?
-Can you get a better audio recording of it?

Thanks for the fast reply. It is a 2017 13 inch macbook air. Unfortunately i can't get a better recording because all i have to record it with is my phone.
