Which app is stealing my internet

My little brother has come home, having installed lots of third party software - much of which I have never heard of....

Now every time he turns his MacBook Pro's Wifi on and joins our network, the internet grinds to a halt for every other user - Our Time Capsule's light goes mental. (It's not backing up!!)

Is there an APP or piece of software I can run on the Mac to see what APP/service is using the internet bandwidth?

Little Snitch, but it can cause issues, so its best to uninstall it after you fix the problem.

After further googling, I used RubberNet to identify that it was my update to the Lion operating system, using iCloud PhotoStream was uploading my last 1000 photos to the cloud.

I have since turned off PhotoStream's automatic uploading preference, and found that the internet is working.
