Where is Firewire Target Disk Mode?

I have a mac mini running OS 10.9.2. I need to use this mode to help fix a problem on my G5 PC. The G5 optical drive is down and in order to potentially fix the problem I need to run Disk Warrior from the mini targeting the G5. I can't find the Firewire Target Disk Mode. any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
