WhatsApp Share Location on iMac not working

Hi, Mac Users!

While using WhatsApp chat, you generally can use the + sign to the left of the message bar to add your Location in the message. Suddenly, this does not work anymore. Clicking on the + just opens File /Photos & videos / Contact / Poll. Cannot find 'Share location'. What should I look for and check to activate this option? I'm on Sequoia 15.2. Would be grateful for any help. Thank you!

You could check if there's an app update available or try WhatsApp Web/Mobile for the location-sharing option in the meantime.
