When repairing disc permissions on my Macbook and Macbook Pro I am getting a line in the 'details' box that worries me.
"Warning:SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired.
It is not surprising that both computers say this as I have at times used one to help the other. I don't know enough about it to know what it is telling me, what do you think? OSX 10.8.5

According to this link:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203172

it's not an issue.

Also, it is always good to run Repair Permissions more than once. And, I have always found that Onyx (http://www.titanium.free.fr/onyx.html) does a much better job than Disk Utility. And, now that the version of Disk Utility in El Capitan no longer has that "Repair Permissions" feature, that is even a stronger reason why Onyx is beneficial. I've been using Onyx for so long that I depend upon it as part of my disk cleanup/maintenance arsenal of products.

Thank you for the reply. I'm glad that it appears that it is nothing to worry about.
