What ethernet router to buy ?

Hi,

Reading your thread reply about 10.4 not recognising 330 even with upgrade drivers and your recommendation for ethernet router.

Help! Have the same problem and the purchase of an ethernet router seems a good option - have Airport on iMac and considering wireless.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Can you give us a little more information...

What type of iMac have you got ? What other computers/printers etc do you have that will need to plug in ?

What version of OS X is it running ?

Mac is new Intel iMac G5 running OSX 10.4 - subsequently found in ISPs small print that Speedtouch 330 doesn't support new Intel Macs....
want to keep things simple - only one printer and one scanner to connect.
have been looking at Netgear DG632 ADSL Modem Router.
can't quite get my head around Apple not having one box which does wireless broadband, or anyone else? understand with Airport you need base station and then a separate modem? This is all new to me...
