virtualBoardSearch Adware.OSX.adload Infected Safari

I entered a search "do noise cancelling headphones cause tinnitus". I did not finish typing. I clicked the automated sentence. The search results were all for "Paychex" and similar payroll companies. Now whenever I put the word headphones in the search I get the same list of Paychex sites. I ran ClamX which resulted in virtualBoardSearch Adware.OSX.adload. After that I also did a quick scan and got " com.mitmproxy.adwa Adware.OSX.adload. After deleting these files the bug remains. Is there a way to purge this bug?
