Virtual Mannequin Software

I'm looking for 3D virtual mannequin software where I I can perhaps manipulate it's pose. I am not a 3D artist or looking to finalize the 3D model. I would like to use it as a reference in creating 2D digital paintings. Does something like this exist for the novice? Thxs.

Daz Studio has a free version
Poser is a bit of a dog but there is a lot of content, and I prefer its renderer over Daz
