VGhd player for mac 10.4

Hi can anyone help? I really would like to access this player but my Mac is old. Any programs that could play would be most welcome. VLC is not working on this platform at all

Strange did you download the correct software for Tiger? here is a link http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-macosx.html
Think Mac OS X 10.4.7 is needed for the above.

I have never used this but know some that use the DivX Player here http://www.divx.com/en/software/mac
