Using Automator to send email with the name of the newly added file

Hi,

I'm in the process of converting the videos of the family.

The process means I have a folder called Family which has sub-folders by year and then by month. The files are pulled from the Family folder and converted and then put into a newly created folder called Family Converted, I would like Automator to email when the newly converted video files are added to the Family Converted folder structure.

So in essence I get an email when ever a new file is added to my Family Converted, but the script has to be able to go down several levels of folder structure.
