Using a slideshow as a header on a webpage

I am trying to develop a webpage using iWeb and I'm having difficulty moving a slideshow from iPhoto to a homepage. Any ideas? Or should I be using a different program? (snow leopard OS X 10.6.8)

You'll need to Export it as a movie, or do some cool HTML5 stuff. And that will need cropping and compressing...
