USB hub not working on MacBook after Sonoma 14.5

I have a MacBook Pro 16" M2 Pro connected to my Gigabyte M34WQ 34 Inch IPS Ultrawide monitor via a Thunderbolt 3 cable. My keyboard and mouse are plugged into the USB ports on the monitor.

Since updating to Sonoma 14.5, my MacBook no longer detects the keyboard and mouse. Everything was working fine before the update.

I haven't been able to find any information online about this issue. Has anyone else experienced this or knows how to fix it?
