Updating To High Sierra ?

Hello,

New iMac user.

Came with Sierra, and have been getting numerous "suggestions" popping up
that I allow it to install High Sierra.

Nice, I guess, to run the latest and greatest, but I seem to remember, and there were
Posts on this too, that when High Sierra first came out there were "bugs," etc.

Have all of these been corrected yet ? If not, when, "probably" ?

Should I update ?

Hello,

Many of the bugs have been fixed, but I would hold off a little longer, unless you have a specific need for it.

Yeah, those numerous suggestions are a bit annoying as they sometimes block the part of the screen I use. I just click on "install" then quit the Installer app & that gets rid of the notification for a few days

I second the advice to hold off ... I've decided there's nothing in the upgrade that is of any real benefit to me so I'll likely just hold off indefinitely ... I will eventually upgrade but I'm in no rush as I don't have any SSD drives.
