Updating From Mac OS X 10.5.4 to 10.5.8

I have been unable to update my MacBook Pro every time they have been offered, and now I am 4 updates behind. Every time I have tried to update, it only gets a tenth of the way through the installation.

Also, I cannot access the iTunes store. It says I need Safari 4.0.3 (which I assume is connected).

Can anyone help me please?

I can't help you as I have a similar problem trying to get from 10.5.2 to 10.5.8. I just joined and asked the question then found your post but as no one has responded to you I am not hopeful of finding the answer here.
