Mac Desktop is not enough. Need to know the exact Mac model. Also, what version of Firefox are you running?

Click on the  in the upper right & then "About This Mac" to find the info we need

Do you need the list of plug ins?

Is this what you wanted to know? Does this help?

Yes thanks.

There are so many different Macs/Mac OS X versions along with Firefox versions about & fixes aren't usually "one size fits all" so it's crucial to supply the above info before anyone can help you.

We just need your version of Firefox as honestone requested.

Then someone will hopefully be able to sort your issue out.
