Unblocked a number: messages showing up on iphone but not on my MacBook

I blocked a number on my phone that I later unblocked. Messages from this person are coming through on my phone but are not showing up in messages on my computer. Any ideas of how to fix this? Thx.

Hello and welcome.

• Which version of macOS?
• Which version of iOS on your iPhone?
• Are both using the same iCloud account?
• On the Mac, have you checked in Messages > Preferences... > iMessage > Blocked to see if it is listed there? If so, you could remove it.
