Hi,

So in the past week I have found that if I am wanting to update any software that already exists on my macbook air (running 10.7.5) it immediately tells me I am not connected to the internet and must open network diagnostics. Here, wifi comes up in the list as being active but it is greyed out and only ethernet and other are available options. Keep in mind, i am using my wifi for all my other internet needs. I really need to update Java ( not he only program experiencing this issue) as I have assessment I need photo shop for due within a couple of days. I'll upload some photos of the problems i'm experiencing.

If you can help that would be amazing.

Thanks

Julian
