Turning on - off categories in Numbers

I often use Organise- Add Category
There is an icon for Add Category to customize the Tool Bar so I will not need to open the Organize- Category in the Side Bar
But to turn off categories I still need to open the Side Bar, and click there. Is there no easy toggle for turning off-on the categories?
