SOLVED Transfer Mac 10.6.8 music files to iTunes PC

I have an old MAC with OS X version 10.6.8 and have lots of music files being played via iTunes. I would like all these music files transferred to my iTunes on Windows 10 PC. If there is a way, what is the most convenient way to do this. I will appreciate your help. Thank you.

In iTunes on your windows machine, go to 'Store' > 'Account' and the authorise the machine, you will need to enter your Apple ID info. You should then be able to synch your stuff.

Thank you Lufbrarunner. I can now see my music in the old Mac on my iTunes PC. How do we trigger to "synch"? Does this mean it will download the Old Mac music to my iTunes PC? I click the little cloud icon on each song to download. Does that do the transfer to my PC? I will appreciate your advise. Thanks again.
