Thumbnails in OSX

I have a MacBook Pro with OSX 10.4.10 and I'm new to Mac, so I'm still trying to figure some things out. But I was wondering if there was any way that when I have a folder full of movies, if there was a way that I can have them be thumbnails and show a frame from the movie like with the pictures, and like in Windows, that way I can get a quick preview of which file it is. Is there anway I can do that in OSX?
