Terminal To Small

Hello,
I'm on a 10.3.9 G5 Dual 1.8

I made a new user, then opened the terminal and the window is very small, and cannot be resized. Has this happen to anyone, and how do you fix this.

How small? Did you try clicking in the menu bar...Window > Return to Default Size?
