System Prefrences Menu

Can I access the System Preferences menu from the Installer Apple Menu that is an option at the top of the screen during the install, I know you can get the Disk Utility but was wondering if I can access the Preferences Menu as well, I need to zap an admin password that I forgot.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

No but there is a reset password option on one of those menus.
