Suggestions for Automating this?

I have a process where I have to fix files for 3D printing. I first have to download a .ZIP file with several .STL's and then open them in a free software called "NetFabb Studio Basic". I then have to click the same buttons over and over again. I would love it if someone would be willing it walk me through this. I tried using the "Watch me do" action but that did not seem to work.

I doubt NetFabb Studio is scriptable
