STUCK Items

I have OS 10.6.8. and for some unknown reason I have two documents stuck in the upper bar of the Hard Drive window.
I had this once before, but I cannot remember how I finally was able to remove them. I hope someone knows what to do!

Hello and welcome.

You should be able to hold the Command key down while clicking and dragging the icon down off the Finder toolbar to remove it. It will disappear in a poof of dust.

Let us know if that doesn't work...we can help you reset the toolbar.
