Sometimes when I turn on my computer (Mohave OS 10.14.6) and I login with my password, and this screen comes up whenever I hover over icons I have on the screen. Whey would this be doing this and how do I get rid of the windows with the messages? This does this with a different “message”, depending on what the mouse arrow is hovering over. Here is an example. PLEASE IGNORE THIS MESSAGE - I FORGOT THE ATTACHMENT!!

Try restarting in Safe Mode. If the behavior goes away, then it should be a login item. Look through your login items in System Settings. If nothing rings a bell, you can selectively quit running processes using Activity Monitor. If you happened to quit a process and the problem went away, then you need to uninstall it using an application cleaner utility. Simply trashing the main app is not a guarantee of a complete uninstallation.
