Hello,
Yes, you should be able to hover you pointer in the upper right corner of the Sticks widget tile and click the i with circle around it icon to enter edit mode. You can then use the add/delete icons to change the stock ticker symbols, and click and drag the three horizontal line icons on the right to rearrange the order they are shown.
