Sound Switching problem.

iMac keeps switching sound output from internal speakers to external mixer (Allen and Heath ZEDi10FX). Infuriating.

This happens every few seconds and with iTunes, Youtube and all sound sources. Running Sonoma 14.5 but it was also doing this with previous OS. Any ideas?
