When should I recharge the battery? Only when it is 0%? The notebook had to be shut down while it`s charging ?

its better to let it charging when its 0% or near that , but it should not be shutted down during charging .. . moreover, u can keep it charging for days since it will operate on the electricity after reaching 100% battery ...

if anyone has different opinion plz share it and explain

For optimum battery life you want to keep it either draining or charging at all times. (For example, you don't want to always keep it plugged in and at 100%.) You don't have to let go to empty before recharging, you can unplug or recharge at any percentage. And it's totally fine to use your MacBook or shut it down while charging.

If you are storing your MacBook for awhile, it's recommended you do that at about 50% battery power, then drain and charge it once a month.
