Signatures in MAIL

Hey

My boss is giving me a hard time about an issue he's having in mail. He has an jpg email signature and for some reason it always comes up as an attachment, rather than displaying the picture normally at the bottom of the email.

Is there any way of remedying this?

Is your boss composing in HTML or plain text? If he is using plain text, then the jpg will show as an attachment.
