I have two questions. One is on my mac very often shutting down while working with it. I have a feeling that there may be errors in Outlook???. I get a 6 page error I don't understand.
The second question: When I start my Mac, it starts with a lot of programmer and opens many programs including Exel, Adobe Acrobat and many others. I have been in the start menu and here only Northon and Clean my Mac stand no others

Hello,

It looks like an iMac (27-inch, Late 2012) running macOS 10.14.6, correct?

From your explanation and crash report log, the things that could be causing the issue are Norton and CleanMyMac.

I would try the following:
-Remove Norton and CleanMYMac from Login Items. You will still be able to run them manually.
-If other applications are launching at startup, you may have the following enabled:

Restart command

Shut Down command

Try clicking  > Restart and/or Shut Down and uncheck that box. That automatically reopens any applications that were open when you restart or shut down.

See if those suggestions help and let us know.

Yes that's correct about it's a Mac 27, from 2012. Unfortunately, my mac still shuts down, but not as often as before. I enclose a report.

Hi,

From that report, the things that stand out are:

Not familiar with this - do you recognize it? I would probably uninstall it.
com.chili.TMProtection
com.chili.FileProtect

Apowersoft - which application of theirs are you using?
com.Apowersoft.driver.AudioDevice

This looks like Norton Internet Security - I would try fully uninstalling it, since you removed it from Login Items previously.
com.symantec.ips.kext
com.symantec.nfm.kext
com.symantec.internetSecurity.kext
com.symantecSymXIPS

Thanks for your help. I really appreciate that.
Com. Chilli is a program similar to Norton that comes with my ISP for free. I can delete that as Norton meets the conditions. Maybe the two programs conflict with each other. Apowersoft I use to download video. Not often. I can try deleting Norton, but you mean, I have to reinstall it. Otherwise, I get other problems. best regards Lars
