shuffling specific playlists

I've got an iPod classic and I've nearly downloaded all my music on to it, including some kiddies' nursery rhymes. When I want to shuffle my music in the evening, I don't want nursery rhymes to keep coming on! Is there a way of telling it to shuffle from only certain playlists?
