I have a MacBook Air running 10.7.4. I connect it to an external monitor but I keep the Mac monitor on as a second monitor. My problem is that the MacBook monitor dims every few minutes and I do not want it to.
I glance at the Mac monitor every so often and every time it is dimmed, so I have to hit the brightness bar every time, dozens of times per day. Arrggghhh!
The MacBook is being powered by the power adapter.
In "Energy Saver" the "Automatically Reduce Brightness Before Sleep" box is unchecked for both Power Adapter and Battery modes. Computer Sleep and Display Sleep are both set to Never.
The external/primary monitor never dims but the Mac/secondary monitor is dimming every few minutes. How do I make that dimming stop?
Thank you!!!
