SD Card to Youtube

Hello!
I work filming rugby training sessions, downloading to my computer, then I cut the videos through a XML-based program (xml imported from ipad app i use while filming), export several videos (1 to 23) and then i upload them to Youtube.

That's a daily routine for me.
And I want to know what parts I can automate and save time.
