Screen problem on Macbook Pro 2012

Hello. I am new at this. Have aproblem with my Macbook Pro A1278. Bought it in 2016, di not use it much, and one day the screen started with dots all over, the distortions appeared. Looked this up on Youtube but nothing helped. Please see if there is a solution.

This sounds like a bad GPU,

There was a problem with the 2011 and some 2012 MacBook Pros where when under load the solder joints on the GPU would fail.
