Safari Ventura domain whitelist

Hi, I'm looking for help to find a way to block all websites except for on on Safari. Using a MacBook Pro Ventura OS. I don't see using Screen time limits or blocks that works. I can't find any extensions. I also use Chrome on same machine, and have found an extension that works as I need.
