Safari keeps reloading

Is anyone else having trouble with Safari reloading constantly on some sites such as U tube and Facebook? And how can I fix it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I have Sierra, yes to adobe flash I have a mini mac --and I think I solved it for now. Thank anyway. Yes the page kept reloading and reloading. I rebooted and cleared history and that seemed to solve the problem. Thanks anyway.

Do you have any other web browsers like Chrome, Opera or Firefox? If yes, you can simply reinstall Safari: delete it from your Mac, restart your Mac and then download and install a new version from here https://support.apple.com/downloads/safari

Actually, if you delete Safari in macOS Sierra, you will have to perform a reinstall of Sierra over the top of your current installation. Safari cannot be downloaded separately for many recent versions of OS X.
