Safari automatic scrolling.

Hello fellow Mac-ers,

With El Capitan installed (10.11.1), Safari sometimes automatically scrolls to the bottom of the web page. Trying to scroll to a point higher up the page is futile as the page rapidly re scrolls to the page bottom.

Can anyone suggest a fix to this intermittent problem, please?

What i would advise you to do is:
1. Install Google Chrome: https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html
2. Reinstall Safari: From App Store
