How do you start an app (or script or whatever) on inserting a CD?
I know about the System Preferences settings. But that only works for blank, audio, video ... disks.
I'm trying to run an AppleScript on inserting a CD - *any* CD. I don't know that much about Unix. But I do know that the disks are mounted automatically through the automount.d. Is it possible to tell the daemon to execute a script? Or is there any other fancy Mac-style way to do this?
Thanks.
