Row height in tables

Rows in tables in Pages appear to have a minimum height of 0.71cm. I want to create a table with rows with a smaller height so that I can get more rows onto a page. Any ideas out there?

I don't use pages (use Excel instead), but this link explains all the options one has to adjusting row width and column height in Pages:
