Reverse gear

Hi All
I have just doubled up on my ram and my system seems to be running SLOWER particularly rendering video files. the image shows how System Profile shows the order in which the modules have been installed. Everything seems to work correctly it just seems slow.
Any ideas??

I'd be inclined to remove the RAM then test to see that your Mac isn't still lagging, then add one module at a time and see if there is a specific moment when the system seems to slow down ....
