Replying to mail using the wrong userID

I subscribe to a listserve that I get on Apple Mail on Mojave on my M1 iMac. A couple of weeks ago, I created a new ID and moved everything to it then deleted my old ID for a reason unrelated to Apple Mail. Since then, when I reply to e-mail messages from that ListServe, it defaults to sending it from one of my e-mail accounts that the ListServe doesn't recognize. I can change who it's from before pressing Send.

I verified that the Preference setting for new emails is set to the correct account.
