Reminders

Need help to restore reminder list. I have an iphone, a iPad, and a desktop.
First disappeared on phone, then before I could copy info it left on iPad.
I’m 75 yr old and not real good with computers so please try to keep it simple.

A few troubleshooting questions for you:
Are you using an iCloud account on all three devices to sync your Reminders?
-Are the Reminders still on your Mac?
-Are the Reminders still shown if you login to https://www.icloud.com?

OK, thanks.

If the Reminders are empty on all devices - iPhone, iPad, Mac, and iCloud, then unfortunately there isn't any way to retrieve/restore them unless you had a Time Machine of other backup of your data.

The only other thing to try would be to contact Apple Support.
