Re-instal OS via Bootable USB

i try to re-install os
i follow all steps
but my laptop still stuck in internet recovery
it didn't recognized USB , even USB it work
is there chance that USB port are close? like it security matter not be bootable???

First, to use a bootable installer drive, you must boot directly from it, not from within recovery. To test the condition of the USB drive, try booting it on another Mac. What method was used in creating that installer? Because some of my service work requires installing different versions of macOS from external sources (USB thumb drives, SD cards, USB disks, etc., I have had to create a large collection of them. The method for creating them must be followed very closely. Here are a few of them,
